Master's Graduation Ceremony 2021
Congratulations to our successful graduates!
At this year’s Master’s Graduation Ceremony 47 graduates received their degrees in Earth Science and 13 graduates in Atmospheric and Climate Science.
The Master’s Graduation Ceremony was hosted by the Head of Department, Professor Derek Vance.
The keynote talk was given by Caroline Bouvet de la Maisonneuve from the Earth Observatory Singapore.
Awards
The awards were presented by Professor Olivier Bachmann.
The ETH medal for the best Master’s thesis went to Charlotte Trubowitz (supervisor: Prof. Motohiko Murakami) and Markus Rast (supervisor: Dr. Jonas Ruh).
Charlotte Trubowitz also received the Willi Studer Award 2021 for the outstanding student of the year.
The SGEB-Master-Award 2021 for an outstanding Master’s thesis went to David May (supervisor: Dr. Cédric Schmelzbach).
