Research area
I am a remote sensing scientist specializing in alpine natural hazard applications. My research focuses on leveraging spaceborne imagery, particularly radar, to address challenges unique to mountain environments. By utilizing both amplitude and phase information from spaceborne radar imagery in combination with optical imagery, my work contributes to enhancing our understanding of alpine landscapes and especially mass movements.
